1. What this policy covers
It covers services: web hosting, email and productivity, online backups, file synchronisation, domain names, resold software licences, certificates and technical support.
There are no goods to return. A service does not come back in a box: what gets refunded is a period, a licence or a fee.
2. The first 30 days
If this is your first order and it does not do the job, write to us within 30 days of the invoice. We refund the unused period, less what cannot be recovered:
- domain registration or renewal fees already paid to the registrar;
- third-party software licences already issued;
- security certificates already issued;
- work already performed — migration, installation, configuration, support — billed at the published rate.
Once per client. That is not boilerplate: we would rather lose a sale than keep a client who feels trapped.
3. After 30 days
No pro rata refund. You chose a term — a month, a year, three years — and it is due. Cancellation ends the renewal, not the paid period. The service continues to the end of the term, and you may ask that it stop there, without charge and without renewal.
This is written in the Terms and Conditions, section 7.1, and we would rather say it here than let you discover it on an invoice.
4. What is never refundable
- Domain names: registration, transfer, renewal. The registry does not refund us, and we do not refund you. An abandoned domain remains payable for its term.
- Licences and certificates already issued, even if you stop using them.
- Periods already used and work already performed.
- Non-recoverable processing fees, if any — we tell you before, never after.
5. When the mistake is ours
Double billing, wrong amount, service billed after it closed: full refund, taxes included, no argument and no conditions. We answer within 10 business days and refund within the following 14 days, by the same payment method.
6. When we end the service
If we cancel a service without cause, we give 30 days' notice and refund the unused prepaid period pro rata. The asymmetry is deliberate: we caused the ending.
7. Service level credits are not refunds
A credit granted under the Service Level Agreement is applied to the next invoice. It cannot be converted to cash or transferred, unless the law requires it. A credit is not a refund, and a refund is not a credit.
8. If you are a consumer
The Consumer Protection Act applies and prevails over this policy. You may cancel a distance contract in the cases provided by law and obtain the refund it provides. No clause here reduces those rights, and no fee is charged for the French version of the contract.

9. How to request a refund
- Write to support@adocsys.net, with the invoice number and, if you wish, the reason — it helps us, it is not required.
- We answer within 10 business days.
- The refund is paid within 14 days of our agreement, by the same payment method.
10. Payment disputes
If you dispute a payment with your financial institution, tell us at the same time. We will answer the dispute with the same facts as this document, and the file settles faster for everyone. A dispute does not cancel amounts actually owed, and an amount actually owed does not cancel your right to dispute.
