Automation settings

To help you better understand our systems and know what to expect, here is a summary of the most important automated processes.

Billing and payment

• 21 days before the service expiry date, an invoice for its renewal will be generated
• 10 days before the invoice due date, a payment reminder will be sent 
• 7 days before its due date, the invoice will be paid automatically
  • Important: For this to take effect, you must have set up a credit card in your account
• One day before the due date, a payment reminder will be sent
• 7 days after the due date, a payment reminder will be sent
• 14 days after the due date, a final payment reminder will be sent

Suspension

We know it's not always easy to keep track of all the requests, and sometimes you're very busy, so it's possible you might miss something. That's why we give you a few days in case you forget. Of course, before any suspension, there will be communications when the invoice is created and reminders before and after the invoice due date. Even better, if you've set up a credit card in your account, it can be automatically used to pay your invoices.

• 14 days (2 weeks) after your invoice due date, the service will be suspended
• 28 days (4 weeks) after your invoice due date, the service will be terminated (deleted from our servers)

Support ticket

• 7 days (1 week) after the last response, the ticket will be automatically closed if there is no activity

Retention of inactive customers

While it's convenient to be able to return and reuse your account after a period of inactivity, to protect your privacy and data security, we will delete your account after a certain period of inactivity. You can create a new one if you return after this time.

• After 24 months (2 years) of inactivity on your account, it will be closed and the data will be deleted

Domain renewal notice

• As of February 20th 2026, there are no more domain renewal notices from AdocSys
• Please note that you will receive an invoice before your domain expires, and you will have time to pay it or request to cancel the renewal
