Do you need help that goes beyond the standard support included in our services? No problem. In addition to the support included with our services, we also offer assistance for unusual situations and specific needs.
To give you a simple example, if you subscribe to an email service, we'll help you configure it for free. The same goes for web hosting; we'll guide you so you can use it properly.
However, if you ask us to modify part of your website, if you're calling us because your computer has been hacked and you need help, or if you need us to clean up your slow computer, then we're dealing with something outside the scope of our standard service support.
If you're unsure whether support is included with your request, you can contact us, and we'll determine if it is.

- Minimum charge of 30 minutes at regular rates, then in increments of 30 minutes thereafter.
- Minimum charge of 60 minutes at emergency rates, then in increments of 30 minutes thereafter.
- Emergency rates apply when work must be performed outside of normal business hours or when you request priority service.
- In certain special cases, we can travel to your location within our local area (Marguerite d'Youville MRC).
- Please note that we bill for time from the moment we leave our offices until our return.
- Any travel request may be refused at AdocSys's discretion.
