Transparency

AdocSys will not hide information from you about an issue you’re experiencing or about the implications of a service. Instead of waiting for you to ask the “right” questions to get the “right” answers (like many companies do) we give you the necessary information directly.

That’s part of our continuous improvement mindset.

We’re not perfect, and we don’t pretend to be. We simply aim to be at our best at all times and to keep improving. The most important part of transparency is the relationship of trust we want to build with you.

Please note that specific details on our backend architecture, security measures or private information will not be communicated at any time for privacy and security reasons but any relevant and non-compromising information will be shared.

Autonomy

We want to give you all the information and tools you need to use our services to build your online presence and avoid unnecessary expenses.  Whether it’s hiring someone to configure your services, or paying an outside firm high fees to build a simple website when you just want to get online, we believe you should have options.

We provide knowledge base articles, blog posts, and videos so you can understand and manage many things on your own.  And if you prefer help? We’re always here, whether it’s fixing a small detail quickly or helping with a more complex project.

Reliability

We make sure our services are available and responsive.

We’re not the type to spin up a server, load thousands of clients onto it, and forget about it. We use observability tools that monitor the performance and availability of our services every minute. When something isn’t right, our technicians are notified, often before you even notice.

All of this is backed by a Service Level Agreement (SLA) that allows you to claim credits, or even receive free service if we fail to meet our commitment.

Security

AdocSys definitely does not want to make the evening news.

We have multiple processes in place to ensure our servers and the services running on them are up to date and as protected as possible from vulnerabilities. While nothing can be guaranteed 100%, we do everything within our power.

We maintain on-site and off-site backups in case of disaster. We handle client data privately and securely. In short, we care.

Excellence

Every issue, every human interaction, every opportunity to learn or improve is something we value at AdocSys.

We don’t pretend to know everything. We want to continuously improve because that’s the best way to deliver outstanding service.

When a new issue arises, it’s an opportunity to learn and later share that knowledge with our community. When a known issue happens again, it’s an opportunity to make sure we respond the right way, and adjust if needed.

Conclusion

AdocSys isn’t just a nice front-facing brand.  We genuinely intend, and put in the effort, to continuously improve, help our clients, provide all necessary information, and deliver stable and secure services.
