What Runs in the Background at AdocSys (And What You Should Know)
When you use services at AdocSys, several things happen automatically behind the scenes. Not to make your life harder. Quite the opposite. It’s there so everything runs smoothly while you focus on your business, your website, or your project. Here’s a simple overview so you know what to expect.
Billing: No Surprises, No Stress
When your service is approaching renewal, our system automatically generates the invoice and sends you reminders.
The idea is simple:
You’re informed in advance
You don’t have to chase renewal dates
Your service doesn’t get interrupted because you were busy
And if you have a credit card saved in your account? Even better. Payment can happen automatically. Less management for you. Less “oh no, I forgot.” More peace of mind.
Suspension: We’re Understanding… But Not Magicians
We know you have a thousand things to manage. Forgetting an invoice happens. That’s why there are multiple communications before any service gets suspended. But at some point, if nothing is paid, the system will step in. After a certain time, the service may be suspended or terminated (deleted). It’s not to be harsh…
It’s to:
Keep infrastructure stable
Be fair to all clients
Maintain the security of our servers
The simplest solution? Keep a valid payment method in your account and you won’t even have to think about it.
Support Requests
If you open a ticket and there’s no activity for a while, it will close automatically. Why? Because we want to keep the system clean and efficient. Not a graveyard of tickets sitting there for two years 😉. And if your issue comes back? You can always open a new request. Simple. Clean. Efficient.
Inactive Accounts and Privacy
We respect your privacy. If your account remains without any active service for a long period, it will be automatically deleted.
Why?
To avoid storing unnecessary data
To improve overall security
Because keeping ghost accounts around isn’t good practice
If you come back later? You can simply create a new account.
Domain Renewals
Since February 20th 2026, we no longer send separate domain renewal notices. Everything goes through standard billing. Fewer emails. Less confusion. Everything centralized in one place.
Why Are We Telling You All This?
Because we like things to be clear.
We want you to understand:
How your services are managed
What can happen
How to avoid interruptions
Our automated systems aren’t there to surprise you. They’re there to make your life easier. If you want the full details (including exact timelines and conditions), you can consult the complete article in our knowledge base.
And if you have a question, you know where to find us 😉.
