Monitoring and alerting for a server

IMPORTANT: This option is mandatory for AdocSys to ensure their Service Level Agreement (SLA). With this option, we add monitoring to the ports and services configured on your server. Every minute, our monitoring system will check if everything is still functional and if this is not the case, our technicians will receive an alert on their cell phone and will work to resolve the incident. Note: The time taken to resolve incidents is not included with this option, you must pay the hourly rate for each incident or take the prepaid support option for your server.
